PE Partners’ Loss Control Training Program offers in-person training, onsite at your location. The classes can be tailored to address your entity’s own loss experience or a timely topic. They can also be developed for specific groups of employees, such as supervisors or law enforcement officers, or departments, such as public works, safety or policy liability. In addition, we evaluate the top causes of losses for your entity and provide customized training in these areas.
Scholarships are available to PE Partners’ members for providing their employees with additional risk management and loss control learning opportunities.

Tenant Users Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) is an event liability policy. Local governments frequently receive requests from the public and third parties to use their properties and facilities. Since third parties are not covered under local governments’ insurance programs, these policies protect the user and the facility against claims by guests who may be injured while attending an event.
