Law Enforcement Liability is a critical exposure area for Public Entity Partners members with police departments.   The Police Risk Management Scholarship Program pays the registration fee for police officers to attend the Use of Force/Response-to-Resistance: De-Escalation and Decision-Making training that covers decision-making and de-escalation during an intensive two-day program.  

Police officers in agencies that are provided Law Enforcement Liability coverage through PE Partners are eligible for this scholarship.  Program participants will be eligible to earn 16 hours of POST credit.

Registration for the training program is limited, so please apply quickly for the scholarship.  Please note that the scholarship covers the registration fee, while the grant recipient's agency is responsible for all other expenses.

Currently scheduled classes, to be held at the Murfreesboro Police Department: 

December 7-8, 2020 (Class Full)
January 11-12, 2021 (Class Full)
