2026 Symposium Agenda Released + Scholarship Application Deadline is July 24

We are less than two months away from PEP's biggest event of the year — our 10th Annual Risk & Insurance Symposium, Aug. 26-28! We can’t wait to welcome our members for three days of learning, networking, fellowship and an exciting Thursday evening event featuring a performance by NY NY Dueling Pianos.

Please be on the lookout for special emails from PEP — including a Symposium “Know Before You Go” — as well as more information regarding the Board member confirmation voting that will take place at the Insured Organization Meeting on Thursday, Aug. 27.

Reminders

• Voting delegates from each entity must be registered by Aug. 14.
• If you have not yet booked a hotel room at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs, please be sure to do so by Monday, Aug. 3. To book a room, please click here.
• Apply for the Symposium scholarship by Friday, July 24 to be eligible to receive up to $500 in reimbursement for hotel accommodation and mileage. Award recipients will be notified during the week of July 27.
• Please download the Whova app so you can scan into accredited sessions, view presentations, interact with other attendees, participate in speaker polls, and receive important updates and announcements.
