Excellence in Risk Management PRIMA Scholarship

Applications for the “Excellence in Risk Management” Scholarship for the 2024 National Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) Conference will be available on Jan. 31. The goal of this scholarship is to promote professional public risk management by providing greater educational opportunities, training and peer networking opportunities to risk managers, safety directors and other public employees who have risk management responsibilities.

Law Enforcement Scholarship

This reimbursement program provides funding for law enforcement professionals to attend the three-day Police Risk Management Conference, to be held April 29 - May 1 in Franklin, Tennessee. This conference is presented by the Legal and Liability Risk Management Institute (LLRMI) and co-sponsored by PE Partners.

Portable Heater Safety

Although safety standards and features, such as automatic cutoff devices, have been added to portable heaters over the years, the misuse of these devices can lead to property loss, injury and death.
