Effective Jan. 1, 2027, PEP will transition from our current Privacy & Network Liability and Cyber Extension coverages to partner with CFC — a leader in the global cyber insurance marketplace — to offer members a broader cyber insurance program with enhanced coverage and expanded risk management and incident response services.
To maintain cyber coverage beyond Dec. 31, 2026, your entity must complete and return the Cyber Coverage Opt-in Form by Nov. 15, 2026.
What the New Program Covers
The new program includes comprehensive protection for both third-party liability and first-party losses, including:
✓ Cyber Crime
✓ Cyber Incident Response Coverage
✓ Court Attendance Costs
✓ Criminal Reward Coverage
✓ Media Liability
✓ Network Security & Privacy Liability
✓ System Damage & Business Interruption
