Partnering For Success Webinar Series: A Conversation with the New Open Records Counsel

Join us on Wednesday, May 8th,  for our next webinar when Public Entity Partners’ Legal Services Consultant, Elisha Hodge, will introduce members to Toni Chadwick, the new Open Records Counsel for the State of Tennessee.  

Elisha and Toni will discuss recurring issues and questions encountered by Office of Open Records staff related to the Tennessee Public Records Act and the Tennessee Open Meetings Act. In addition, Toni will discuss bills currently being considered by the General Assembly that could impact members.
