PE Partners' Natural Disaster Preparedness Plan Wins Award From PRIMA

At the PRIMA26 Conference this month in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Public Entity Partners' Natural Disaster Preparedness Plan won the award for Outstanding Achievement for an Intergovernmental Risk Pool Program or Product. This award recognizes the innovation, cost-effectiveness and timeliness of our plan on the national stage, showing how we continuously work to improve as an organization.  

As a risk management and insurance partner, ensuring members know how to best plan and prepare for natural disasters is a vital piece of what we do. Thank you to PRIMA for recognizing the hard work of our Loss Control Department, who worked to put together this plan for the benefit of our members and municipalities across the nation. 

“My objective in creating this project with our loss control team was to support the people who work hard to ensure their communities thrive – our members,” said Casey Clopton, PEP’s East TN Property Consultant.  “I hoped it could give them a strategic starting place, a streamlined process, and solid risk management best practices to prepare themselves and mitigate the outcomes of severe weather events for the municipalities they serve.”
