Public Entity Partners Hosts TnPRIMA Middle Tennessee Roundtable

Public Entity Partners was proud to host the Middle Tennessee TnPRIMA Roundtable on June 24. Attendees were invited to submit questions in advance of the session.

The presentation was led by Elisha Hodge, Public Entity Partners’ Director of Member and Legal Services, which focused on the ADA Interactive Process and other critical legal issues for public entities.

Elisha provided an overview of the Dustin Samples and Barry Brady Act, explained how to navigate First Amendment audits and offered guidance on responding when approached by auditors.

The roundtable encouraged engaging discussion and prompted insightful questions from participants.
