Public Entity Partners is pleased to welcome Casey Dell, East Tennessee property conservation consultant, to our team. Most recently employed by the City of Chattanooga, Casey conducted property surveys as the environmental compliance and green infrastructure program coordinator.

Her experience with property site assessments, reports and inspections will be apparent from her first visit to our East Tennessee members.

“I am thrilled to join PEP,” said Casey.  “My work with the City of Chattanooga has given me the preparation necessary to serve our members and reduce risks associated with their properties. This is a great opportunity for me and I look forward to expanding members’ education in risk management.”

In her new role, Casey will travel to municipalities, utilities, schools and other public agencies that have property insurance coverage with PEP. She will conduct physical field surveys of new and existing properties to identify hazards and make timely property loss control recommendations to mitigate identified hazards.

“We are pleased to have Casey join the loss control team,” said Chester Darden, director of loss control. “She has the skills necessary to serve our members and make a difference in reducing property claims.”

When not working, Casey enjoys living in Chattanooga with her two dogs, Rue and Ozzy. She also enjoys kayaking, hiking, yoga and running.

Should you need to reach out to Casey, she can be contacted at CDell@PEpartners.org or 615-471-6052.
