PEP to Host Supervisor Training in the Fall

This fall, Public Entity Partners will be presenting a training series entitled Managing Risk Through Effective Supervision. This opportunity is designed specifically for first-line supervisors and their role in creating a culture of safety. Additional session topics will include the positive impact of effective communication and the importance of motivating your team through constructive leadership while also being a productive manager.

Leading these sessions will be Sarah Curtis, PEP’s loss control training consultant.

“We are excited to offer this training for supervisors as it is every employee’s duty to create the safety culture in the workplace,” Sarah said. “By training the first-line supervisors on how to effectively utilize their skills, we can mitigate risks and prevent accidents.”

This in-person series will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. local time at the following locations: 

              September 26 - Collegedale

              September 27 - Morristown

              September 28 - Harriman

              October 17 - Germantown

              October 18 - Martin

              October 19 - Lexington

              November 7 - White House

              November 8 - Cookeville

              November 9 - Columbia
