Public Entity Partners is pleased to welcome Kelley Wandell as our new East Tennessee Member Services Representative.

“I am excited to start this chapter of my career with such a wonderful organization,” said Kelley. “My passion is service, and there is no better way to serve the citizens of Tennessee than through my work with PEP members as the East Tennessee Member Services Representative.”

A resident of Oak Ridge, Kelley received her Master of Public Policy and Administration from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Maryville College. While pursuing her master’s degree, she worked at the UT Institute for Public Service, where she assisted with high-level projects as a graduate research assistant.

PEP’s East Tennessee members will immediately notice Kelley’s commitment to public service, which she attributes to her father, Tracy Wandell, who serves as an Anderson County Commissioner.

“My father instilled in me the spirit of giving back, and I really wanted to be able to continue this in my full-time career,” Kelley said. “This is why I pursued my master’s in public policy.”
