Critical Notice - Workers' Compensation Claims

When an employee has a work-related injury, the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation requires an Employer’s First Report of Work Injury or Illness (Form C-20) be completed. The Form C-20 initiates a workers’ compensation claim and is a required filing with the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, so the filing needs to be accurate and thorough. Please ensure your organization understands all the information that is required by the Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
